Following a Special General Meeting in Decmber 2006 NICF Members and Clubs agreed on a amalgamation of the NICF with Cycling Ulster.
This means that our clubs and members affiliate to and take licences from Cycling Ireland, the internationally recognised National Governing Body for Ireland.
